About FLN : Francesca L. Noretta L.C.S.P (Phys)
Having trained at the Lillian Maund International School of Beauty, Bache Hall, Chester, I was awarded a distinction from the International Aestheticiennes Board of Examiners in 1991. I then decided to further my training and knowledge and 4 years later qualified as a Sports and Physical Therapist. In 2001 I opened The Chester Physical Therapy Clinic. My combined experience over the years as a therapist and business owner, has instilled in me the belief that excellent service and continuing self development is key to my business success.
Ninety per cent of my client base has come from personal recommendations, ten per cent from my website.

My decision to move into consultancy and develop a training programme specifically to focus on the importance of good service within the beauty industry came from my own experience as a Spa client.
I found that, although I was in a beautifully designed Spa in luxurious surroundings, the lack of service and attention to detail made the whole experience disappointing. The lack of client service stopped me from returning or recommending my friends.
I strongly believe that my training programme can help in making sure clients only have a positive experience when visiting a Spa which will make them want to return and share with others.
